Services
Henny's Mobile Detailing LLC provides mobile automotive detailing services by appointment within our Lehigh Valley service area. Quotes shown on this website are general ranges; final pricing is confirmed before work begins and depends on vehicle size, type, and condition.
Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations
All services are by appointment only. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking; deposits are applied to your final balance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible — deposits for missed appointments without notice may be forfeited. Weather or site conditions may require us to propose a new time; your deposit carries over.
Site Requirements
We bring our own water and power. You are responsible for providing lawful access to the vehicle and a safe, level space to work (driveway, parking space, or lot with permission). Some services — such as smoke odor removal — require vehicle drop-off, and some seasonal services require garage access.
Vehicle Condition & Liability
Please remove valuables before your appointment. We take great care with every vehicle; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear (including aged clear coat, brittle trim, or loose parts) that may become more visible after cleaning. Concerns must be raised at the post-service walkaround or within 24 hours.
Satisfaction
If something isn’t right, tell us — we’ll work with you to make it right. Specific guarantees (such as smoke-odor re-treatment) are described on the relevant service pages.
